Jill & Luke completed the 4 hour ultra endurance training regime and hit their goals of completing a full & half marathon, respectively. Their new challenge, complete 100 push ups consecutively with 6 weeks of training... along with their ultimate abdominal workout!

Hey fellow sports fans. I guess I'll be the first one to post. I started at week one because that's what Luke is doing and why would I deviate from a guy who clearly has it all figured out. Anyway, set 1 through 4 were as prescribed. but on set 5 I rocked out 48 GOOD PUSH UPS (or press ups as Jill calls them). Marc, I don't know who you are, but please don't embarrass me too badly. P.S. Marc we are all gunning for you.
As the clear margin states I am the underdog in this fitness challenge. No problem for me however as I successfully completed Day one. I made it through set one through four with only the slight feeling that my arms were going to fall off and then "rocked out" 10 mind blowing press/push ups. We all know the underdog is everyone's favourite.
Fellow competitors...day one is complete and your all going down! The first four rounds were nothing short of a walk in the park, followed by 52 chest to floor press ups lol! Good luck on day two...hope you break an arm ;)
Just to update...Kristiaan followed the first four rounds prescribed and rocked out a whopping 58 pushups on his final set! Looks like we have a new leader.
Day 2...here we go. First 4, was what they said it was (football reference for anyone who enjoys football...no not stupid football Luke. I am talking real American football where players don't dive senselessly in agony). But the last set, I will admit, got a bit challenging. But the tenacity would have brought a tear to anyone's eye. I managed 51 gut wrenching push ups. MH on the other hand is slowly but surely improving. First four sets she found to be a bit of a struggle. However, on the final set, she dug deep into the well and pulled out 15 floor to ceilings.
